These Terms and Conditions govern the use of efloraldesigns.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it.

Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. E Floral Designs reserves the right to update or amend this information at any time without providing notice.

All discrepancies will be referenced back to the below terms on all quotes, emails, orders, or any form of communication with E Floral Designs.

All care is taken by our team of florists to provide our customers with the best products available.

E Floral Designs goes to great lengths to source the best flowers and products for all of our customers. All fresh flowers are perishable and their life span is dependent on their, season, variety, environment, and care. This results in varied life spans for different flowers.

Flower availability is dependent on seasonal and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on www.efloraldesigns.com.au. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.


Delivery

Our couriers take pride in ensuring they fulfill all deliveries in the safest way possible. E Floral Designs offers contactless delivery.

All flowers ordered are delivered with “authority to leave” instructions. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, they will be returned to the store where further arrangements can be organised for the flowers to be redelivered at an additional cost to the customer.

Please ensure all information that is provided on the placement of your order is correct and fulfilled within the order form.

Third Party Delivery & Courier Companies

E Floral Designs aims to fulfill all deliveries within a timely manner, but in the event where we are unable to deliver the goods or the destination address is outside a 15km radius, a third party courier company may be assigned.

Delivery times and product presentation are beyond our control for third party deliveries once goods have left our premises.

Cut-Off Policy for Delivery Services

Order by 11:00am, Monday to Saturday, to secure same day delivery.

Same day delivery after 11am through to 3pm is available, but will become a premium service charge that will be completed through our third party courier service.

Returns & Refunds Policy

E Floral Designs does not offer refunds or returns for fresh flower products as they are perishable goods. If you are unsatisfied with your order, the lifespan, or the quality of your flowers, please contact us at efloraldesigns@outlook.com.au to discuss further.

We will ask for photos as proof so we can pass these on to our wholesalers/suppliers.

We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information has been given to us. It is the sender’s responsibility to make sure they have provided us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.

If the wrong delivery address has been supplied, we can re-deliver if goods have been returned to us, but this will be at an additional cost to the customer.
